• 1 beef roast (approximately 800g to 1kg)
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 onions
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 4 carrots
• 2 sprigs of thyme
• 1 bay leaf
• 200 ml of beef broth or red wine (your choice)
• Salt and pepper

Preparation for roast beef
